Star singer, Eddy Kenzo, was yesterday on NTV the Beat to premiere his brand new video, Viva Africa, he was all swagged up, his English, his hair style were all on point.
The video has lots of similarities with his 2014 Sitya Loss hit with acrobatic dance moves by kids and one doing bike stunts. In the Viva Africa song, Kenzo gives a shout out to several top African names like; Yaya Toure, Philley Bongoley Lutaaya(RIP), Juliana Kanyomozi, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Drogba and Adebayor among others.
The show host, Douglas Lwanga, went on to ask him about his health, Kenzo said that; "I will be fine." What was the problem? "I don't know," Kenzo added. First they were treating pneumonia but I think it's fatigue because every two days I'm on a plane, I also have a breathing problem.
The singer who has just released his Zero to Hero album was asked about his take on the current political environment, he said that as, Musuuza, he was not happy with the way things are moving that is why he had to post a 'Free Besigye' poster on his wall.
Asked on Bebe Cool, Kenzo did not have kind words for the Kamwako singer.
"At his age, Bebe should be doing a lot better than that, he should be talking of helping all the artistes as opposed to his individualistic approach. When they got money, they simply concentrated on finishing their houses instead of buying musical equipment that even upcoming artistes can hire at affordable prices. We are paying a lot of money to hire the equipment we use to record our music," the furious Kenzo noted.
He concluded by letting hs fans know that on September 2, he will be holding his live concert.
