Why Ivan Semwanga is selling his house
A local real estate company is advertising Ivan Semwanga's Muyenga based mansion at a whooping $1.7 Million approximately UGX6.1 Billion.
The Rich Gang president has decided to deal off his property to do other things with that money, after all, Serena Hotel is his preferred place of residence since it comes with various benefits that he would otherwise not get at his home. No doubt, he is not broke, but the money reduced after the subsidy from government to his schools was stopped.
Ivan is always in the country for just a week or slightly more, so having a house of that magnitude wasn't making much sense to him now that he spends most of his time in SA monitoring his various school projects and other businesses.

"House for sale in Munyonyo at $1.7M, 6 bedrooms [all self contained], living room, Gym, bar terrace 60 decimals with a Mailo land title.."
The ad goes. Ivan's house is in Muyenga and the advertised one is in Munyonyo where Ivan constructed another posh house for Zari's mom.
One asked if that was Ivan's house, ''Not really," was the response he got from the real estate agent behind the 'House for Sale' post.
Then how come all the features of the house that is being sold and Ivan's are the same? or is it "Not Really" because Ivan has already sold it!
Could it be that these two houses, one in Muyenga and the other purportedly in Munyonyo are similar in every way ranging from the positioning of the TV dish to similar color of the compound chairs and tents?
If it's true that Zari's ex is selling the house, then, UGX6 Billion is the amount to part with. Some potential buyers have raised concerns that the house is over priced.
Just a few days back, he was busy doing what he does best, chopping money and this he does with a lot of swagg..
