Zari has shared tips on how to look your best even after giving birth to five kids..Zari's body would give a run to many mom's of one, here are the tips that she uses;

"Eiiish l also love my food so much but for water honestly l have set an alternating alarm after every 30 minutes to remind me a glass of water is needed. Please if you don't mind would you share how your meal routine is for the day, how many litres of water for those like me who can't afford the gym but I work out in the house for the tummy."
Zari knows she has a hot bod and does not need to be reminded.."They will need respirators trying to keep up with me. I have no brakes so I ain't stopping soon."
